Beginning November 28, 2006, you will be required to enroll in ColeTaylor Online’s new CTSecure Online Account Authentication security feature that will be a standard part of your ColeTaylor Online log-in. Below are eight easy steps to guide you through the simple, one-time enrollment process where you will be prompted to:

	Select and answer three “challenge” questions
	Select one of 31,000 images
	Create a personalized caption for that image
	Determine whether or not to register the computer you are using with CTSecure.
Please Note: Your User ID and current Password are not changing!

CTSecure’s Eight Easy Steps to More Secure Online Banking!
1	Enter your current User ID, click Log In.
2	Read the instructions, enter your current Password, click Enroll
3	Choose and answer three “Challenge Questions” select the appropriate radio button to register or not register the computer from which you are working, click Continue Enrollment.
4	Select one of the 31,000 images available, create your own caption, click Continue.
5	Verify your selections on screen, click Submit or click Cancel to go back and make corrections.
6	Confirm your selections on screen, click Proceed to Log In.
You will now be redirected to the Log-In screen. You are now ready to enroll in online banking through CTSecure!
7	Enter your current User ID, click Log-In.
8	If you registered the computer, you will see your image and image caption on screen. ONLY if you see your image and your image caption, enter your current ColeTaylor Online Password, click Continue. If you opted not to register the computer, you will be prompted to answer one of your challenge questions. Answer the question, select the radio button to indicate whether or not to register the computer from which you are working. ONLY when you see your image and caption, enter your current ColeTaylor Online Password, click Continue. You are now safely enrolled in ColeTaylor Online through CTSecure.
